There has been numerous debates about how the church is conducted in this age.Long back people despised radio let alone tv to preach the gospel.Nowadays we have the internet among other innovations.Dr S Chand says"If the past teaches us anything,it’s that the methods we used a generation ago probably aren’t effective now. For example, what we call “delivery systems” have continued to evolve—and that momentum won’t stop with this generation.Therefore we have to adjust our methods although we will not follow anything.Our message must remain the same.We need to teach about self-sacrifice as shown by Abraham at Mount Moriah and less on self improvement.Mount Moriah, A B Simpson wrote, "signifies the deeper spiritual experience into which the fully consecrated person must come. In this act of obedience, the sanctified self is laid on the altar just as Isaac was.".
Therefore we must spread the message that brings us closer to God not that boosts our egos because we are preaching about "good living".
