There have always been wars and natural disasters. The sign to be looking for is the depravity of mankind.
That point in time when God looks down and sees what He saw with Sodom Gen 18:20 Then the LORD said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous''.
Society at large has sunk pretty low. It can always sink lower, sure. But where do you think a Creator would draw the line?
Sodom was destroyed because there was no balance of good and evil. There were less then ten righteous. Will God wait until that is the case with earth?
The end times we are waiting for is a fixed date. Unlike Noah's flood, which God could delay, the coming tribulation has a fixed start and end date. It takes place at the end of the sixth day and ushers in the seventh day. The rapture is the unknown date.
So, we need to be watching media attentively. When society at large is corrupt, unkind, impatient, proud and this is all pushed without any resistance. We are in the end times.
Twenty years ago, in my country South Africa. Many films were banned due to explicit material or God bashing themes. Today, anything goes.
The devil knows he will be given X amount of time. As such, rest assured, he will not waste a second on not making the most of his time in the sun.
He needs to A - Get the world ready for him. B - Introduce himself.
A is already so close to the days of Sodom and Noah.
Would anyone be surprised if tomorrow this man Daniel speaks of introduced himself as the Messiah? Atheistic, homosexual and prideful.
