Superficial believers will ignore the Apostles' Teachings.

2Tim.4
[1] I charge thee therefore before GOD, (#1)
and the Lord Jesus Christ, (#2, the Mighty God)
who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing
and his kingdom;
[2] Preach the Word (from GOD).

Be instant in season, out of season;
reprove,
rebuke,
exhort (URGE) with all longsuffering and Doctrine (of Christ).
[3] For the time will come when they (believers) >> wi
ll not endure Sound Doctrine
but after their own lusts (desires),
they shall heap to themselves (their preferred) teachers,

having itching ears;
[4] and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, (from the GOD of Truth)

and shall be turned unto fables. (stories)

After his resurrection Jesus PFRIVATELY appeared to only his CHOSEN.
Acts.1
[1] The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus,
about all that Jesus began both to do and to teach,
[2] until the day in when he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost,
had given commandments unto the Apostles whom he had chosen.

Acts.10
[37] That word, I say, you know,
which was published throughout all Judaea,
and began from Galilee, after the baptism that John (the Baptist) preached;
[38] How GOD anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with POWER,
who went about doing good (deeds)
and healing all who were oppressed by the devil (the opposition);
for GOD was with Jesus (who is the Arm of GOD)
[39] And we (Apostles) are (eye) witnesses of all things that Jesus did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem;
whom they (the Jews) slew and hanged on a tree:
[40] GOD raised up JESUS on the third day,
and showed him openly [41] not to all the people (of Israel),
but unto witnesses previously chosen by God,
even (precisely) to us (the Apostles), who ate and drank with him,
after he rose from the dead.

The APOSTLES are in the LOOP.

Christ shared his glory with the Apostles.
John.17
[22] And the glory which you gave me I have given them (the Apostles);
so that they may be one, even as we are one:

John 17:20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one."

Jesus didn't consider us "superficial". As a matter of fact, He prayed for us.

Imagine that, The Lord God, King of the Universe, considered us so important that He sweat blood whist praying for all who would believe in Him. \O/
