If anyone loves the world,
the love of the Father is not in him,
because all that is in the world,
.. the lust of the flesh, (1)
.... and the lust of the eyes,(2)
...... and the pride of life, (3)
is not of the Father, but is of the world.
And the world passes away, and the lust of it,
but he who does the will of God abides forever.'
(1 John 2:15-17)
'And when the woman saw
.. that the tree was good for food, (1)
.... and that it was pleasing to the eyes, (2)
...... and a tree to be desired to make wise, (3)
she took of its fruit, and ate.
She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.'
(Genesis 3:6)
Nothing changes!!
It does not matter who ate it earthling!Re: Strange the Time of the Fall in The Garden Death entered The World by
The Hands of Humans
Only a singular human rather than plural.
Eve was the first to taste the forbidden fruit and when she did, nothing
happened. She went right on unashamed in the buff as usual. It wasn't till
Adam tasted the fruit that her perception of decency was altered.
It was apparently God's determination that sin and death would enter the
world via a solo human just as righteousness and life would enter the world
via a solo human. (Rom 5:12-21)
