Actually the bible is a compilation or books and writings 66 canonized in total and some bibles in addition to the 66 canonized writings contained 15 additional deuterocanonical writings. The first book written was Job @ approx. 2000-1800 BC and the latest was written @ approx 95-120 AD.
Of course there are many different texts and translation now and there are no translation free from bias but praise God that HolySpirit is still communicating the same truths today as in the beginning.

Your Pastor preaching...reading the word, through conscience.... And because He is God, He have innumerable ways He *can* communicate with you. But you will *know* that it is He and It will never contradict His already written Word in *any* way :shade:
