1 Cup margarine or Butter Crisco
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Teaspoons cream of tartar
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/8 Teaspoon salt
Cinnamon and sugar coating
Sift together flour,cream of tartar,baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to well-beaten margarine,sugar and egg mixture.
Pinch into balls about the size of a walnut and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on sprayed cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
