Should WE make money off GOD Word?

That a hard Question ? i know All God has revealed to me is to share with others ! I got it free ! yet if a person puts it in book form or disks ! Could He sell it ? Yes i think so 1 But i think He should not make it hard for others to get 1 Charging great prices for them ! because the truth or correct understanding was given to them by God to share ! If it is truth ? They never gained it on there own ! Could they make a living off it ! Yes i think so ! But i have heard some say ! God told me You need this lots ! And they charge LOTS ! Well if God told them that ? then it would be cheap so others could get it !
I understand it cost money in life for everything ! Being on T.V. costs lots ! but for a man to have nothing . Then start preaching and get millions and millions and 4 or 5 jet planes and other planes many homes and lots of cars and stuff ! i think is too much for anyone to have! But i still try not to judge them ?
I used to love to hear a preacher , But when i saw how much He had gained ! I wondered about the guy1 I know God has revealed lots to Him in many ways 1 Still I know we are building up treasure in Heaven !Not Here ! Might be ? He has His rewards here ? People love the Lord and some give all they have to a preacher or church or religion thinking it pleases the LORd .When they suffer and there family suffers ! It does not please the LORD! We are to take care of our families ! That our First ministry ! Then we should be Led by the Holy Ghost on who to help or where and how much we can give !
Of course where we worship they need to pay bills ! So we should be helping there if we can , Unless He tells us to give else where ? This is just my thinking on this ! No has to accept it !

1Ti_5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

God really got after me once with this scripture! I was giving first to the church ! the pastor had told me God comes first! so my family was sufferoing because i put that church first ! God was very upset with me ! i was a young christian then , i believed everything the pastor said ! God corrected me ! He asked me ? are you gpoing to follow Me or that pastor ? I said YOU LORD! HE said ,Do it Then , not very nice! It scared me so bad ! since that day , i only hear Him and trust in Him and Ask the HOLY GHOST ! the holy Ghost is to be our teacher !

I am all for tithing and giving to the poor and needy. But sometimes there comes a point when money is the ministry.
Believe it or not, I ran across a web site that said if I will send them money, they will pray for me and guarantee that I will get the Holy Spirit.

Acts 8:18; Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was bestowed through the laying on of the apostles' hands, he offered them money,
Acts 8:19; saying, "Give this authority to me as well, so that everyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit."
Acts 8:20; But Peter said to him, "May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money!
Acts 8:21; "You have no part or portion in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.
Acts 8:22; "Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart may be forgiven you.

John 2:16; and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these things away; stop making My Father's house a place of business."

I Am against All Tithing 100% ! I am for giving ! Tithing is under the laws given to moses thur the old priesthood ! The old covenant ! We live under the new ! There is no force in the new ! Everything we now do is For Him and out of LOVE ! Hopefully we are led by the Holy Ghost ! I know many churches still preach Tithing as if we need to live by it or else ?
It just not truth !

God does want Us to be cheerful givers !GOd our Father is a Giver and wants Each of us to be givers ! after all we are to be Living sacrifices ! Living a endless life for Him !

This is How we are to Give !

2Co_9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
Not any force at all! Tithing is force!

We see when the church begin , they gave there all who led by the HOLY GHOST !

People will do more out of Love than they ever will out of force !

NO! What is freely given, should be carried forward free. Contributions to a cause or to a true christian shepard is a good thing, but when I see ppl try to guilt ppl into giving tithe when it was designed for the Levite tribe is IMO wrong in my spirit. How many times have I seen ppl who are poor giving money to a pastor that has many fine things and much much more than he needs? All part of the gospel of "money". It keeps so many christian leaders (supposedly) caught up in trusting mammon instead of God.

I guess it is all in the way you see it; what is sin for one ( because of conscience sake) is not for another.
Even the Apostles were supported by the local churches.
If someone spends their time and effort (not to the mention expense of editing and publishing) then I have no problem with selling the fruit of their labors.

1Co 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?
1Co 9:10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope.

As far as the tithing there is not a single verse given after the birth of the church (the Book of Acts) or in the doctrine given to the church (the epistles) that commands a christian to tithe. The only mention of tithing after Acts Chapter 2 was in the Boook of Hebrews concerning the office of the Old Covenat Priest. Giving and not tithing is the New Testament way, although 10% does seem like a great place to start, but do not limit yourself.

I see nothing wrong with someone who working for the LORd collecting money to keep Him self and family going ! But i hate hearing of tithing or people becoming ricjk off GOD Word! or those who give there last money to those who do not need it ! When there families are suffering ! It a tough subject !The real question is when is it enough ?
I known many men whpo had way too much 1 Yet could not get enough !
I heard a pastor on T.V. Very well known ! Say tithing is really 23% and after that How much you give is How much you LOVE GOD !

Of course tithing was for the tribe of Levi ! they were not allowed to own lands 1 They had to give thee lives 100% for the religion !

I believing in giving ! I also know We reap what we sow ! It does not just mean money of course! I giving different things in life of course and gotten different things later ! But i only give out of LOVE Never expecting anything in return ! I normally always say Just thank My LORD JESUS that enough !

And yet it was God Himself who gave us Pastors. Some are in outright rebellion to the Word of God on this because of preconcieved religious concepts. Others keep this in proper perspective knowing that every man has failings and using the Word of GOd as a rudder. Myself, I have to believe that God appointed this office for a reason. Any thoughts?
