Seek God Early

When Jesus told us to abide in Him and in His Word, He used the Greek word meno, which is translated in Strong's concordance as "continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, tarry." We are to spend time with God - continually. When we do, we get in the flow of His plan for our day.

We are not told just to wish for everything to work together; we are told to seek God for a fresh word each day. If we seek Him early in the day, we will have "a word in due season" to share with others (see Proverbs 15:23). We can succeed at what God calls us to do, if we listen for His instructions. He has said, "If you seek Me early and diligently, you will find me" (see Proverbs 8:17).

And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed. (*Mark‬ *1‬:*35‬)

God sent His manna early in the morning, day by day. The people of Israel had to rise out of their tents and collect it morning by morning, day by day.
When we come to God and His word in the morning, His Word is still fresh and will nourish us (Exo. 16:13-15, 21-22). But if we choose to stay in our bed, we will lose that blessing, and the Word will become old and stale to us.
In Proverbs 8:17 most bible translations drop the word early and replace it with diligently but early is found in the KJV and a few others.
A person might say "we can pray at any time why does it have to be early".
But it's not really about the time it's about the attitude. Early really means earnestly, and the best way to seek God earnestly is to put Him at the top or start of the days list, and seek Him in the morning.
The first thing we do in the morning is usually the thing that matters most to us.
It seems a pattern in the Bible that God's people rose early to seek God (Jesus, Abraham, David, etc).
To rise early to seek God requires a degree of self denial, and is even more beneficial before breakfast when the body is still in a state of fasting.
This means the spiritual rewards to seeking God are also greater, there is a greater blessing than seeking God later in the day.
