Praise the Lord for Easter Sunday when we celebrate Jesus Resurrection. What an awesome God we serve. Thank you Jesus.

My favourite verse of scripture has to be Matthew 28:6 "He is not here; for He is risen." Hallelujah. These words from "In Christ Alone" say it all.

In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All
Here in the love of Christ I stand

In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
‘til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him laid
Here in the death of Christ I live

There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ

No guilt of life, no fear of death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life’s first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
‘til He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand

Hi sunshine,

I will say Amen and Amen again. I rewatched the Passion of Christ and all I could do was say Thank you Jesus.

The following quote from the song you shared for me was enlightening

"The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him laid
Here in the death of Christ I live"

He took it all and I can't image the burden He carried. Through all that, death could not stop Him. Hallelujah! He has risen! I will ever praise His Wonderful Name.

Glory to God sister. Thank you Jesus.

Up from the grave He arose,
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes.
He arose the victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever with His saints to reign.

He arose, He arose,
Hallelujah Christ arose.

Praise His wonderful Name.

HE IS RISEN!!!! Praise the Lord, indeed, Sisters! What a wonderful God we serve! May you all be blessed with joy and peace on this very special Sunday because HE'S ALIVE!!!!

Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice!

Romans 4:25 "He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification. " (NASB)

WOW!!!

Not only is "Easter Sunday" a completely foreign concept to the Scriptures, it is also called "an evil and godless sign" associated with an apostate prophet, a.k.a., Jonah (Matt. 12: 38-42).
Easter Sunday just does not belong to the terms and seal of the "new covenant" specifically centered on firsthand knowledge of God for all. (Jer. 31: 31-34; Matt. 26: 26-29)
Accordingly, mankind's miraculous resurrection is, strange as it may sound, synchronized with Jesus Christ's resurrection, as defined by his divine identity and absolute authority, which is first initially revealed (Matt. 16: 13-28), further elaborated (Ibid, 17: 1-13; Luke 9: 28-36), referenced as documented (Matt. 22: 29-32) and finally demonstrated in the kind of unique death he suffered on the cross (Matt. 27: 50-56).

Therefore, celebration of Easter Sunday is nothing but "looking among the dead for the one who is living." (Luke 24:5)
