Hi everyone! I am requesting prayer for the restoration of my marriage. So much turmoil has been in it for so so long. Although it was by the hands of myself and my husband, I have recently made the decision to let God handle things. I am tired of trying to solve the problems on my own in my own way. It hasnt worked in 38 years- its time God took over. Please pray all for the restoration of my marriage and the peace and happiness I know God wants for us all. Finally in my life I have made a sound and great decision to let God take over. I know He wants to give me the desires of my heart so please pray to restore my marriage! Also pray that no evil or no enemy come to pass that I cannot fight with the help of God! I know God wants this for me- the bible says so. Please pray.

Yes i understand your situation right now. I am happy that jesus understands better than I do. He is the priest who had blessed in your marriage. he is the one who had annointed both of you to be husband and wife.
I apreciate that you have dedicated yourselves to the will of God and made new decisions for the marriage. Lets us rededicate ourselves to God and earnestly seek his face during our prayers.
I want you to have a serious talk with your husband and tell him that you don't want to break away from this marriage.

I have just found your original thread so I'm responding to it. I think we're about the same age based on your story. I've been married for a little over a decade and my husband and I have a toddler girl. I want you to know that we almost didn't make it several years ago. But we went to a training from the "Association for Christian Character Development" called "Breakthrough Training." I highly recommend it for anyone. They help you have the tools you need to work through some of life's relationship challenges by examining how Jesus lived, reaping and sowing principles, and freedom and love. Though it would be great if you could go with your husband, we had several in our class that came on their own and salvaged their marriages! You can research them for yourself at their home Page. I just reallized as I got an error that I can't yet post their actual web address, but you should be able to find it with a search engine. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll ask Chad if he can submit it to you or give me permission. I don't know the cost of the training anymore because we went in 2002, but it lasts about four days and you can see if they have a session scheduled in your town. It is intense, but if you're like I was, I was ready to count the cost. Hope this is helpful and feel free to ask me anything about the training.

God has worked the impossible in my marriage and family! Lord Jesus, may your protection surround us and I ask you to lift up Wendy and strengthen her heart and refresh her mind and spirit.
