So with babes in grace. A hungry soul cannot feed upon playthings.

Our Spirit knows when it being FED. i was in church one time and almost asleep. The pastor said something spiritual and I woke right up. It was kind of like a shock took place in my Spirit.

Our spirit loves to hear spiritual trues. The carnal junk does not affect it.

When My spirits being FED? I do not want church to end. But when it all carnal? I cannot wait for it to end. Anyone else have this happen?

Our carnality most assuredly affects the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our helper, not our enforcer. We can quench him, grieve him, and fall away from him.

Our Spirit once born of God is in perfect unity with our Lord and the church. All our problems are in our flesh mind .

grieve the Holy Spirit , When we Do not listen to Him .

He wants to teach us and guide us and help our Spirit grow mighty . That we do the works of our LORD JESUS>

Our Spirit save and has eternal life no matter how dumb we live our lives? It not by works we keep salvation. It by Grace and faith .

Our flesh is weak. It needs controlled though our Spirit. we need to feed and listen to the Holy Ghost in order to serve the LORd in Love and Truth.
If we walk and live though our Spirit? We will never grieve the holy Ghost and hear and serve the Lord in Truth.
The signs and wonders will then follow us. We will see the gifts in our lives.

The Holy Ghost wants to use each of us perfectly in the ministry our Lord has given us.

Nothing evil touches our Spirit once Born of God.
The only affect that does happen is ? Our spirit will not grow unless we feed it .

Sin cannot touch it ever. It will not accept anything evil .

It has the mind and nature of our LORD JESUS. It prefect . Just like Him.

We can keep it from growing and serving the LORD perfectly . which it wants to do.
Nothing bad touches it ever.

It Only our Spirit [New creature] that Free of Sin.
Rom_6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

After Adam and Eve sinned, they wanted to eat the tree of life so they could live again.
But God put a holy angel there to stop them, which means the unholy cannot eat the tree of life.
Christ had to come to die to make us holy so we can eat the tree of life and live.
The tree of life is symbolic for Christ as our life.
Jesus wants us to eat Him. Jesus came to be food for us to eat.
The religious-minded were offended when He said we must eat Him (Matt 26), but us who are spiritual know what it's all about.
Jesus offends our minds so He can get into our hearts.
To eat Jesus is also to eat the tree of life because Jesus is the tree of life.
Our spirit is a miniature garden of Eden and when we eat Jesus we eat from the tree of life and get life. But if we eat the doctrines and carnal thinking and opinions of man we are eating the tree of knowledge and we get death.
A minister of Jesus ministers not mere doctrine but Jesus and life. This will feed our spirit so we can live.
We also have to be open to receiving by being in the spirit ourselves - a minister may be feeding life but we must open our mouth and eat.
A minister must minister something from the Spirit in order to give life, for the flesh profits nothing, only the Spirit gives life.
If they minister something according to the human mind, emotion or will, it will result in death because there is no life there.
This means a message which is ministered according to human intellect, or feeling/emotion, or strong will power.
When we listen to a message we can discern whether or not our mind, emotion, will or spirit is being stirred.
If our mind is being stirred, we will be thoughtful (e.g. theological lectures)
If our emotion, we will be emotional (e.g. pentecostal/charismatic services).
If our will is being stirred, we will be motivated/intentional/driven (e.g. motivational speakers)
But if our spirit is being stirred, it will result in spontaneous prayer and intimacy with God.
A stirred spirit is a praying spirit.
A message that does not stir our spirit to prayer and intimacy with God is not touching our spirit and therefore not a spiritual message.
Eating Jesus does not stop after we die, we must eat Jesus for eternity (Rev 2:7).
To eat Christ means we enjoy, absorb, digest, assimilate and express Christ.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

It the Word we eat and live. It the Word that gives us life and we live in.
Jesus Christ is GOD living Word. He a part of GOD.

Yes we eat the Word in the sense of the Person of Christ, not merely the written word of God which in itself has no life:
John 5:39-40 You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life.

Christ imparts His life to our spirit by His speaking to our spirits by His Spirit (the rhema word).

We can speak life or death. The words are living words. They are not just man kinds words. They carry life or death. That why we need to be careful what we say.
You understand Saul killed His son Jonathan by HIS word. That why His son died . He was the king of Israel .God had delivered all Israel into His hands. He had the power of life and death over Israel until He lost His anointing . Now we have an anointing from God , if born of God.

Our words can heal or bring back those who have died or curse others with death. It serious the things we say are so Important.

The written word when spoken is alive only if spoken by the regenerated spirit. If spoken by the flesh it is not a living word. That's the difference between a biblical message spoken by and in the spirit and one spoken by and in the soul. e.g. the Pharisees spoke the scriptures but they did not impart life. But when Christ Himself spoke, His Words imparted life because He is the life. If we speak his Words by Christ living in us then our words also will impart life. But if we speak words from our fallen self they will impart death.

It is not the words themselves but the person that matters. If you are a living person the words you speak will be living, even if they are harsh words such as for correction. If you are a dead person the only thing that will come out of your mouth is deadness.

The Word is not just a part of God, but is God - Jn 1:1.

I disagree. We have the Holy ghost which is GOD POWER and we are IN JESUS CHRIST and of JESUS CHRIST. We can Raise the Dead ,which God has used me to do three times and can cast out satan himself which i have done and we can heal the sick which I have done and much more which He has allowed me to do. And I AM NO MORE than the least in HIS BODY .

2Pe_1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:


We had a hurricane coming here once. They said by morning it would hit us. I went out and told it too go on up the gulf. It turned and the news said they could not understand it turning. Of course it was by my word but in the name of JESUS CHRIST and By GOD POWER the HOLY GHOST>

It all by faith I know. But to be honest I do NOT fully understand it and I do not want to make a mistake about the LORD or things of the LORD>

He told us already ? We could do greater works than HE did. I never have . But I do not doubt it or fully understand it. I know it simple. Still it hard for me to know just what HE wants us to do at times? I am Not after this power . But to please HIM ONLY.

Mat_10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
How can we ? Unless we speak it .


Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
How can these thing take place unless we speak it?

I am Not a great man of faith or used as Paul or many others in the beginning.
I have had lots of miracles . But I guess i just had child like faith at times?

I still learning and growing in truth and understanding and trying to please my LORD JESUS . I NOT any better than anyone else here .
