Recommend a Church to a new believer in Christ

Hello again Brother Paul,I have used google for churches in my area but when it comes to baptizm they tell me that they believe that baptizm is nothing more then welcoming some one to the church and not as Jesus was baptized ,in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy spirit, thank you for the suggestion and I will expand my search area to include Vernon and Enderby as well which is 10 mins one way or 15 mins the other way.Again thank you.
God bless you

Keep trying Kevin, sorry I cannot help more, I am not in your country so do not know the area. Keep praying, chatting to people and something will turn up.

I know many in the UK, near us, who have joined a church for the baptism then gone back to their original one or gone to on to another. Follow your heart.

Keep trying your searches online, different words it is amazing sometimes what comes up.

May our Lord Bless you and guide you.

I never used to like to read until I picked up the best book ever written and now in 18 months I have read it twice and am in John for the third time...I love reading the Bible,it is very hard to put it down...
God bless

Although it is good to read all 66 books Kevin, it is also good to take your time, pick a topic and follow every reference it links to.

I love John's Gospel, it is like a magnet, it draws you in and lifts you up, as you say it is hard to put down.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
