This is my first journey thru the BOOK! What an honor it is to read how God has worked His perfect will throughout history! What a sovereign One we have! He deserves all the glory in all things! What a God we have!! Have I said that?? Because I may just repeat it, and then again, and then perhaps forever more!!!! A chant like that won't grow old either. It's like a convergence curve that approaches zero but never, ever can touch it! I am encouraged by Him. And so I can encourage others no matter how they treat me!!!! His strength is insurmountable!!
I now know that vengeance is the Lord's! He can kindle His anger, not me!!! Go ahead Lord please take my little kindle fire, for I cannot take it! It's only like 0 Kelvin compared to yours! You will deliver justice!! I cannot fail in You my mighty Lord!!!
I'll gladly pick up my cross
For it's by your power that I move!
I'm grateful for Your tender mercies
Let me praise and magnify Your name!
As the attacks fly in like arrows to a tree
I won't be moved a bit You are my foundation!
Battles rage beneath the sea,
But in You I remain calm as settled dust!
Keep me walking in your great light Lord,
I'm assured of where I am going now!
Nothing can break my grip on you,
You give me strength beyond measure!
So do you remember reading those books for the first time and how did they affect your walk?
