28 “Then you will call to me,
but I will not answer.
You will look for me,
but you will not find me.
29 It is because you rejected knowledge
and did not choose to respect the Lord.
30 You did not accept my advice,
and you rejected my correction.

Sometimes people reject the Lord or His workers so many times that the Lord has His workers leave and allows that person to be broken in their heart.

2Th_2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

They wanted to be there own god 1 rule there own lives !
little do people know ? They are never in charge 100% ! We will serve One or the other in our lives here on earth !

Rom_14:7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.

2Ti_2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

We must indeed love the truth of God. Oh, it is to be found in scripture, but before much can be found in scripture we need to have much of the Holy Spirit in our hearts and we need to listen closely to that Spirit and we must ask for help to always recognize that Spirit from among the spirits, which may be speaking to us. There is certainly likely to be more than the One, isn't there?

"I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine." John 10:14

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:" John 10:27
