Hi all

I greet you all in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray that you all have a blessed day.

I just want to ask you to pray with me for our Heavenly Father to provide my family with our daily needs. It is not going well financially. I trust that the Lord will not give us a stone. Or what man is there of you, if his son asks a loaf, will he give him a stone? (Mat 7:9 MKJV)

"Lord I thank You for being my Father I can trust in. Lord when Your children in the desert cried for food and water, You provided without questions. Lord I bring my family's need to you, I trust that You love us very much and that this request is not to big for You. Lord will You please feed us also with Your Living Water and Living Bread, so that we will never thirst and hunger again. Thank You that You are our Source. Help us to trust You allways and that we are not putting our trust in man.

In the Name of Jesus Christ

Amen

Hi Paul,

I have just prayed to the Lord, asking him that he blesses you and your family for the financial means necessary.

Hello Paul, welcome to the fellowship ...blessings.

I have a saying ...'If when I have prayed...if God does`nt provide it...then I did`nt need it.'

I have found this to be so true...remember Gods answers come from unexpected places....and oft lead us to unexpected places as well...
God knows you have need of food and shelter...He also knows we cant live on bread alone... we need faith that is greater than our basic needs...
so He allows these times in which we must exercise our faith...dont be afraid to let God push you to new heights and in new directions.
The end result of trusting Him is 'a ram in the bush' awaits. Of course if you are dictating to God to send you a cow, you may be disappointed

It would seem superficial of me to say, if God were to take away everything , and I were down to nothing but the earth beneath my feet, I`d have everything I need, if I have God....because I have never been down to 'nothing'...but I can testify that there have been plenty of times we have had to pray for God to send us just enough food for today. (and sometimes that food was plain ole white potatoes...we could grumble because it was`nt t-bone, or be thankful it wasnt stones eh)
I`ve never hesitated to tell our children that God will provide, and to stand upon that promise. I have found God to be always faithful. I hope I was able to lay a little groundwork for their own faith...as they leave home...

God is the God of today...He is the God of just enough...and He is a God who`s timing is perfect...amen.

2Co 1:20 For all God's promises are "Yes" in him. And so through him we can say "Amen," to the glory of God.
