Dearest Brothers and Sisters,

Let's us all earnestly pray for the newly elected President of the United States, for his leadership, for the people that influences him, for his family, his spiritual life, the temptations around him, his soundmindedness, his social life, his plans, his motives, his actions, the people he talks with, his heart, the threats around him, his family, his life...

There are a lot of premonitions against his precidency, a lot of judgement, a lot of fraud, a lot of evil that divides the most powerful nation in the world. And the best we can do is to pray.

Lets also pray for USA, for peace, unity, love, patience, trust, guidance, their economy, the children and adults, the laws, the whitehouse decisions, the officials, the oppositions, the rebels, the undergrounds, the corruption, the blacks, the whites, the innocent minds, the division among the states, the wrong perceptions, the decietful motives, the false advocacies, the lies and the truths...

America is a powerful nation...but the true power it needs is the one from Christ...

It's easy to be discouraged on what we see and fore see, yet let us be reminded that everything is in God's hands.
Let us remain in Him through prayer.

I join you in prayer for Obama and the United States. I pray with you in the name of Jesus and lift up the nation and Obama before the Lord.

Whatever happens...The Lord is on the throne, He is victorious and each day that passes is closer to the second coming. Let us pray that in these last days before He returns that more souls are led to the Saviour.

I rejoice that our Lord is King for ever and ever... and no man, no matter how powerful can change the fact that Jesus is Lord

I have to say that the way you express your thoughts Trueheart gave me a bit of inspiration. You show a good sense of lovingkindness and Christ-like attitude.

I come in agreement with you in prayer. Why should we judge when we can pray? I know for sure I posted a few threads exposing Obama and hoped all this time that he would not win. I stand by my actions, but now that he has won he will be in charge soon and we must pray. Generally speaking, we must pray for the leaders no matter who is in charge. This country has taken a plunge the past few years and its time to make a change. I pray and hope that the Holy Spirit brings a tremendous revival to this country.

Let us pray with unshakable faith, because prayer is the most absolute powerful gift GOD has given us, to be done in Jesus' name.

JSKM, you seriously hit the nail on the head with that awesome Scripture you quoted. That simple verse says all we need to hear and be reminded of. Trust in the Lord.

Amen to that! Before Obama won, I was worried. I felt discouraged about this country and all I can think of was this man is probably the anti-Christ. That's the truth. But now the past couple of days I have been reminded to trust in Jesus, because by Him he holds the earth in place and is the real absolute power. He holds the earth in its place with a tought.

That's power.
