Prayer for my church family

My church is going through some changes... and most of us have a hard time with that.
Our worship leaders are moving out of state. We need God to lead whoever he has in mind to us. It may be someone within the congregation, maybe not. Also, they need to sell their house by August or else the family may be temporarily separated.
Our youth leader has finished school and is looking for a job. He hasn't been successful finding one in our area, and he has now started looking out of state. We want him to stay!!! But we need God's direction and will for him and his family. It's very difficult for them not to know what may happen next month.

Give us wisdom and discernment. Open the right doors and bless each of these people.
Current worship leaders: Rod and Cassie
New leaders: ?
Youth leaders: Jason and Elizabeth
Please pray for these young families, and for our church. We need God's direction.

Greetings in Jesus name,

yes Lord, may your will be done, and our worship leaders, Rod & Cassie, Lord, may their move strengthen them as they trust in you with all their heart, mind, soul and strength and seek to serve you all their lives....

and dear Lord, please help us to trust you in bringing us new worship leaders from within your Body... we praise you and worship you...and you alone...forever

and Lord, we seek you for Jason & Elizabeth, Lord, that your will be done in their lives, and as they seek you to supply all their needs, Lord, that you do, and Lord we trust in you that if Jason and his family do move away, that we can train up another fine man for your service with the youth here Lord, and we ask that your blessings be upon our whole congregation to lift them up in prayer and praise to follow after you, that your name be glorified and worshipped and praised, for you alone are worthy of praise dear Lord Jesus...

and we thank you for the time we have had so far with these loving and kind men and women in our midst....

Eph 4 - 23

I am so pleased to respond to your post. In the first instance it affords me an opportunity to communicate with you. Secondly I have an opportunity to pray for you.

Then I remind you that this is church.

People move on as the Lord leads them. But our God is bigger than all our problems, bigger that all our needs. Amen?

Update

Thanks so much for your prayers, here's the news...
Our old worship leaders, Rod and Cassie were able to sell their house, actually their son (4 yrs old) sold it by yelling out to someone driving past, "Do you want to buy our house?" And then they did. So they did not have to separate and are now waiting on their new house to close.
They did leave, and this weekend we have a perspective worship leader leading our services. Pray that God opens the door if this is the right fit, and closes the door if it is not. His name is Buddy.
To my knowledge, Jason has not found a job yet, but he had two job interviews this week, so I hope one of them works out.
God is in control, which is good, because I can't do His job!
