Greetings,
One thing I do know and would like for you to know it, too, and that is that everything will come out well. In the meantime, let us try to focus on how you are dealing with this. You said,
Please spend some time every day, morning and night, reading some Scripture and praying with time for waiting quietly upon the Lord ... in other words, apart from you doing the praying, spend a while being quiet before the Lord, meditate (or think) about some of these Scriptures and let the Lord give you His peace and calmness. Thank Him for the opportunity to come before Him in your need and that He has promised to watch over you as He neither slumbers nor sleeps and is with you every morning.
Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Psalms 103:1-5 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
James 1:2-4 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Habakkuk 3:17-19 Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. Matthew 11:28-30 (Jesus says) Come to Me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
Psalm 16:8 I have set the Lord always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble
Psalm 94:19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me Thy comforts delight my soul.
1Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.
