Prayer for Darrell

My good friend Darrell called me today and he told me he was feeling suicidal. He lost a job recently and has no income. He is waiting for Unemployment Insurance but it has been delayed because his previous employer has not sent the paperwork to the government. Please pray that this money issue is solved for that is causing Darrell a lot of stress. Please pray that the employer will send the needed paperwork.
His ex-girlfriend is 5 months pregnant and now has a new boyfriend. This is the major stress in his life right now. He already has two kids with two different women. So as you can see he has a serious problem in this area. He's had trouble in dealing with visitation with the first two and fears it will be the same or much worse with the new baby. His ex-girlfriend wants nothing to do with him and wont talk to him.
He has gone to church in the past but not on a regular basis lately. His old pastor has been of no help, so he is feeling very desperate and suicidal right now. I spoke to him by phone today and he sounded really bad. We don't live in the same city so that makes it much harder.
Please pray for Darrell that he'll get the Unemployment Insurance and that God will give him peace about the issue with the coming baby. It really is a very bad mess that only God can solve!!!

Lord I praise you for life and for your gift of salvation.

Heavenly father I ask that you step into Darrell's life, reveal yourself to him, remove the scales from his eyes, soften his heart. I come against that spirit of confusion, in the name of Jesus, give him peace Lord. Restore him and let him know you are near.

Be his provider, counsellor and healer. Have your way in his life and all who are involved. Bless him Lord, give him peace remove the pain and shame and speak life into his body.

Right now I claim Darrell for you, I plead the blood of Jesus upon his life, upon his body,upon his mind. Bless him Lord. Give dpg3 words to speak, so that Darrell would be ministered to.
