Pray for Tony and Nichole

Hey brothers and sisters! I have two prayer requests; first for Tony.

I ran into Tony (although I personally believe that God wanted me to talk to him) during my lunch break and we had lunch together. After a few minutes, he told me that he was raised mormon and has just been scarred by religion. I told him that Jesus can heal any scar and any gash in our soul, but that will he let Jesus heal him?

For Nichole, she is sorta the same. She was baptized when she was eleven (although she told me that she did not know at the time what baptism was and I told her that we're supposed to be baptized once we know what it is) and let's just say had a very bad experience with the church; she went to a church that was more religiously ritualistic so she herself has been somewhat scarred by religion as well; however I told her (I shoulda told Tony too :( ) that Christianity is not a religion in the sense of rituals, etc; it is a personal relationship with the Lord.

I want us to pray for both of them for their salvation (honestly am not sure if either one of them is saved) and for Jesus to heal them spiritually to bring them to Him.

God bless,
Josh

WOW

I was also baptized in the Mormon church (because my aunt is Mormon) at the age of twelve. I was living by her with my grandparents after my mother commit suicide. I guess she thought she was doing a good thing for me. But I also was scared by religion! But still somewhat remained close to God in the ways I thought were right. But as I got older, In my heart I felt that that was not the religion for me.( I only went to her church for a couple years) I am now an Evangelical Christian of three months and my husband and I will be baptized on May 31st. I am so happy to have a better understanding of the truth. I love my church I go to now, they have answered many questions for me that I have been confused about all my life. And my heart tells me it's the truth.
Yes my prayers will go out and up for Tony and Nichole.
Have faith our Lord will lead you to him.

I will be praying for God to intervene into the lives of these two and show them His grace, peace and mercy.

In Christ,

NC

Yes that is it....Knowing Jesus. "Salvation is of the Lord" so the book says. All else is of no value.

Praying Jesus to be known....
