It's great that you shared - God is on your case! He loves you ... I hope you feel reassured about sharing ... remember, even when you 'feel' troubled there are many words that can help you which are written to you from Him in scripture - it is His love letter to us.

I know depression from all sides, in all different stages and faces, inside out.
I also know how it feels to have evryone telling you God loves you but not really knowing it in your heart. I felt like there was a great distance between God and myself. I knew He was there but I didn't know Him.

You gotta ask God to reveal Himself to you, make Himself known to you. People often think you can only pray in church, you gotta be on yr knees and make an eloquent speech.

That's so not true. Tell God exactly whats on yr heart, what upsets you, if you're mad at Him, anything. Talk to Him like you would talk to a friend, because that's what He is, what He wants to be to all of us. Jesus is our best friend. He wants a personal relationship with you, minory girl. He knows you like no one else does.

He's faithful. You ask Him, He'll answer. Wait till He does and ask Him to make it clear to you. You won't believe how precious you are to Him.
Every parent knows the fear of losing ones dear child, it's the same with God.

it's a process but we all have to learn not to be too hard on ourselves. We know that we know that we know that when we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. God means this.
When you've messed up, confess it, be completely honest, accept God's mercy and grace, and MOVE ON. That's as important as confessing yr sins in the first place.

God is not looking for us to be perfect, but rather honest. You don't need to feel bad about what you can't do. It's a process, we are changed from glory to glory. Confess each day "today is a new beginning". Don't think God is mad at you when you fail. We all do and He knows even before we fall.

The clue is to get up again, shake it off and push forward.
The devil is a defeated foe. He whispers those lies in our ears, telling us we're useless, no good etc. But God says the exact opposite. Don't listen to Satan's voice, refuse to.

By God's grace you can do it. It's not always easy, but simply ask God to help you. You have to see yrself as who you are, a great, smart, witty, beautiful, victorious, strong, lovely daughter of God!!
Amen. That is the truth. God would never ever pull you down.

imagine God smiling down on you every day. I firmly believe He does. I know I wrote quite a lot but I really feel like God put these things on my heart.
