Before I say much more here, let me say I am a trinitarian. That is, I believe in the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit are God).

So Jesus is God yes, I believe that. Having said that. Is there any verse in the Bible that specifically says we should praise or worship Jesus?

I can find literally dozens of verses that say to praise God and worship God. (Like I said, Jesus is God) but is there a specific verse that says to praise or worship Jesus?
Before anyone thinks I am anti-Jesus let me explain the question.

Some churches I have attended in the past, preach what I would call the "Jesus only" doctrine.
You often hear phrases like "to him alone belongs all power and worship and glory", usually this is said in the context of Jesus.
However if this is true, what about all the verses that say give worship and praise to God (the Father). Should we not give the Father worship and praise also?

In Matt 2:2; we see the wise men came to "worship" Jesus. This was about the closest thing I could find.
In Luke 19:35-40; I see people blessing Jesus and praising God, but it doesn't say they worshiped or praised Jesus.

In Eph 1:21; and Php 2:9; It says Jesus has the name above all names. Does this include the Father as well?
In some verses like Mark 16:19; and Acts 2:33; we see Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father. (Is the Father in the center?) If so, would that
be more of a place of honor?

Now I'm not saying we shouldn't praise or worship Jesus, but what I am questioning is... Is it Jesus alone, or should we praise and worship God (the Father) also?

In Rom 14:11; and Php 2:10; it says every knee will bow to Him (Jesus). Perhaps this could be taken as praise and worship, but my take on these verses is that
everyone in the world will bow to Jesus (the believers do it now in a manner of speaking) the un-believers will do it on that day, but are they praising Him when they do it?

Jesus did not really come to be worshipped (Mat 20:27-28), that is maybe why we don't see many verses about worshiping Jesus and Jesus did not demand worship. But it is not wrong to worship Him. I would think worship both the Father and the Son, but the Father moreso. Worship of the Son is a bit different, more like honoring, respecting, adoring, loving.

Matt 2:11; After coming into the house they saw the Child with Mary His mother; and they fell to the ground and worshiped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
Matt 14:33; And those who were in the boat worshiped Him, saying, "You are certainly God's Son!"
Matt 28:9; And behold, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they came up and took hold of His feet and worshiped Him.
Matt 28:17; When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful.
John 9:38; And he said, "Lord, I believe." And he worshiped Him.

We see people worshiped Jesus, but I wonder if it was Him alone? Did they worship the Father also?

I believe your answer is found in Revelation chapter 5

"Then I saw in the right hand of him who was seated on the throne a scroll written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?” 3 And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it, 4 and I began to weep loudly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it. 5 And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”

6 And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. 7 And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who was seated on the throne. 8 And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, reach holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they sang a new song, saying,

“Worthy are you to take the scroll

and to open its seals,

for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God

from every tribe and language and people and nation,

10 and you have made them ya kingdom and priests to our God,

and they shall reign on the earth.”

11 Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, 12 saying with a loud voice,

“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,

to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might

and honor and glory and blessing!”

13 And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying,

“To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb

be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

14 And the four living creatures said, “Amen!” and the elders fell down and worshiped."
