My Mom is ninety and has Alzheimer's, she lives in the nursing home I work at. She for about the last year at least has been getting short tremors, they never seemed to bother Mom that much. Now lately in the last month or two these tremors have been getting much worse and longer up to 15 or 20 minutes at a time. The doctors say that the only way to treat her is to heavily drug her and my family does not want that. If I'm working and I see her having the tremors I stay with her as long as I can till they stop or she goes to sleep. They seem to happen a lot first thing in the morning, although they can still happen through the day.

The good news is that when Mom is not having the tremors she is fine, smiling and laughing with me. She is the mother of nine children and thirteen grand children. She was an exemplary Mom and we as a family are very worried about these new more prolonged tremors. The tremors has caused a bruise on one of her hands from the shaking!!!!
So please pray that God will undertake and give Mom a respite from these tremors, a healing would be fantastic. Mom is so dear to us as a family and a true blessing to all around her!!!!
I pray for my Mom daily.
Thanking all that pray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God is just as much GOD in a nursing home as He is anywheres....and He is just as much God of the Alzheimer's patient as those with a sound mind.. I know because we run an Alternate Living Res...and we care for a 89 year old lady in the latter stages of Alzheimer's...time and again Fellowservant has layed his hand on her brow and prayed for her, and we`ve watched as God restored her...even after a major stroke that left her paralyzed on one side...today there are no signs she ever had one....God is a tender loving compassionate Father, Hallelujah! keep trusting your mom to Fathers loving care my Brother!
