Please pray for my mom.....

Please pray for my mother, Florence. She has Alzheimer's disease and she has rapidly been getting worse over the last month. She had such a severe incident of not knowing where she was or what was going on and was so scared they sent her to the hospital because they thought she might have had a stroke. Praise God she didn't!!! However, she doesn't want to go completely crazy like her mother did. She is saved, Praise the Lord and she is wanting to go to Heaven before she gets to the last stage of Alzheimer. There are seven stages and she has days of stage 5 and days of stage 6 and the 6's are increasing. Please pray for her that the Lord would not allow her to suffer long. She also has kidney cancer and it's too late to do anything. Please also pray for myself for the Grace and strength I need to help her through this. Pray for my daughter that she completes her program at the Rehab before anything happens to my mother, she really wants to see her.
I pray for all the families out there dealing with parent's with this disease, it is absolutely heartbreaking to just watch them little by little forget everything and everyone. Most patients usually aren't aware of it, but my mother is aware of some of it, she has no idea of how bad it is. I'm just thankful that God led me to put her in the facility she is in, it is a very very nice place and she gets all the help and care she needs. I had her living with me during the beginning stages and it was scary cause she would just go outside and get lost, but now she can't walk much so she's in a wheelchair and they have safety locks on the doors there.
Thank you in advance for your prayers. I pray for everyone on Talk Jesus every single day. This is such a blessed place!!!!!

Times like this it is hard to know where to start, and therefore let us start in praising our Lord and exalting His glorious name.

I shall be praying for you, sister, as you are 'in the middle' of it all... and shall pray for you to constantly know the Lord's love for you and to have strength in His joy, that you will cope better than well, as you deal with each new day.
We do not know what tomorrow brings but we do know who holds tommorrow in His hand... and it is the same Lord who holds you in His eternal care.... just as He holds your mum and daughter.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. The Lord is just blessing me with such amazing grace, strength and joy. I took my son to see her yesterday. I also brought a lot more of her things, like winter clothes, jewelry, books and some craft projects. She absolutely did not remember any of her clothes or jewelry at all. In some ways it's good because it was like getting a whole bunch of presents.
I can't even begin to explain how different I feel from before I made my prayer request, it's like the Lord just filled me with a surge of joyful energy and confidence that I will be able to do whatever is necessary to help my mom through all of this.
God is good and God is great and God is always to be praised!!!!!
