Please Pray for my dad

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask everyone to help me pray for my father. He has had
severe depression for a number of years. He has his good and his bad
days. Also he has something strange going on with his stomach.
So please everyone help me to pray for him that the Lord will heal him of
his afflictions.

I just want for our family to enjoy Christmas together and for everyone
to be well health.

I seen a homeless man holding a sign the other day that said,
"everyone needs help sometimes." After seeing that it really made me
think, nobody knows when something bad might happen to them, so we
need to be thankful for everything that the Lord has given us and the
good health that he has blessed most everyone with.

I will pray for your dad, my father is battling with the same thing and depression is from Satan! I would appreciate some prayers for my father too as he is not saved and suicide is not far from his mind at times.

Amen to the "be thankful for everything that the Lord has given us" because the Word says: "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have" Hebrews 13:5

I will also be praying for your father because i know what kind of
heartache this illness can bring upon a family.

Luckily my father has known Christ since he was a child and has started attending church for the past few years

However, he has gotten sicker a hasn't been able to attend church for a while.

I will also pray for your father to find the Lord so that he might be saved.

Thank you. I believe that my prayer for my father's salvation will be answered before he dies. I just know. His depression seems to have lifted in the last couple of months, but I know that has been a foothold in his life for a very long time. It is something that is hereditary as well and it affects other members of my family too including me at times.

Thankfully your dad is saved, but that doesn't mean that Satan won't try and destroy him. One of my friends recently lost a saved relative through suicide. Many people will think that if they committed suicide then they couldn't have been saved, but that is not true. Depression is from Satan and depression is what causes suicide and thoughts alike. Prayer is urgently needed for those who are being attacked with depression because Satan is out to kill and destroy whoever he can. The fact that your father is saved makes him an even bigger target and therefore in desperate need of prayer.

Remember "One can put 1000 to flight but two can put 10 000 to flight" so let's stand together in agreement in prayer for both our fathers!

I pray that you bless his father, renew his mind and body. Let your healing present fall on him right now. Let no weapon formed against him prosper.
Lord I know your will would be done, so I praise you.

I would just like to tell everyone that i am very thankful for all the prayers that were prayed for my father(also for pebosworth's father).

He has been doing a lot better and made it through Christmas time really
well.

I thank you all so very much for all the prayers that were made on the
behalf of my dad.

I could tell such a difference in the way he felt after i made this post.

However, his depression is starting to take hold of him again, and this time
it seems to be pretty bad so if you all don't mind keep him in your prayers
again.

I know that there is power in prayer.
