Im dealing with the spirit of rejection, i been serving god for about a month and i have a big stuggle with this spirit. I renounced it but i dont know what to do now. It just wont go away and ive been praying so, i really dont know what to do and how to get rid of this spirit. i feel lost please help.

Dealing with the devil.

Welcome to planet earth!! You might as well settle in as a Christian and get use to devils putting negative thoughts in your head while on this planet.

Rebuking the spirit is not how to handle this, as the unclean spirit will continue to torment you as long as you dwell on those things it suggests to you. Don't lay around and feed the thoughts!!!

Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Resist simply means your not going to listen to him. Submit to God means your going to get in the Word and fill yourself with what God said about you. It comes down to a simple matter of believing God or believing the devil. I would choose God.

2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

you have to bring those thoughts into captivity and obedience to God's Word. That is your Job, The word of God will do it's job.

The devil is a liar, and there is no truth in him. All the things he tells you are not even true. (John 8:44)

When thoughts come or people come to tell you that your "rejected" then know it's a lie.

Don't battle thoughts with thoughts..... Battle thoughts with words, God's Word. Use the Sword of the Spirit (God's Word) and whack his silly head with them.

EXAMPLE:

Your no good, and not going to make it........ Devil

My God gives me grace and peace with those around me you liar. He makes my enemy's even at peace with me and My God perfects all that concern me. (Psa 138:8)(Prov 16:7)(2 Cor 9:8)

Once you allow God's Word to become more real than what the devil is telling you, then he will stop bugging you about it as he no longer has a place.

You are loved by God and bought and paid for with a price. Don't dwell on these thoughts or listen to people the devil may send to make ignorant comments against the Word of God. Feeding on these bad thoughts and acting on them just let the devil know you actually believe the junk and lies he is telling you. Take the Word of God and smack him in the head over and over until he flees.........
