I tend to make my emotions a little understated . I am sad and for no reason, except body chemistry. I love Jesus though. Haven't done so well trhough thiick, but through
thin,:rainbow: I have known Jesus and all you just wait and see that he knows our generation.

While you ladies have special issues wrapped around body chemistry, we males also are often victims of chemical imbalances in the brain. I've been on anti-depressant medication for a number of years.

I find that ministering to others and reading my Bible (especially Philippians 4) is a big help. That chapter, in my opinion, is the Bible's handbook on dealing with depression.
