I have been into photography for several years. Worked as a portrait photographer...sort of, for a while, kids, very painful if you can imagine 4-5 kids all at once. Anyway, now I do occasional portraits for my family, I can yell at them
I have all the equipment for a darkroom, but have not been able to get together an area for the actual darkroom, probably should just get rid of it all.
I am using a Nikon digital now. The only thing I remember about film cameras is looking forward to that one great shot I was sure I had...just to find out it was blurry, or someone blinked etc. Digital is instant gratification, and you only print what you really want to.
The most important thing in a good photograph is framing the scene, but with programs such as Photoshop, that can also be remedied. I think early morning and evening are the best times of day if you want a lot of contrast. I love capturing God's art for future viewing.
(Rojoloco, very nice pics).
