  1. The bible says "people are destined to die once" So now the question becomes,,, what about the people that came out of their graves, or the people that Jesus, Peter and Paul raised from the dead Luke 7:11-15 , Matthew 27:52-53

Hebrews 9:27, 28
27. Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,
28. so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him

The bible says that Jesus is the first to be raised from the dead, yet we know Jesus raised people from the dead when he was alive, so is it safe to conclude, that those people were not given glorified bodies?? and were just raised in there mortal bodies.

Acts 26-23
23. that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles.”

1 Corinthians 15
22. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
23. But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him.

So if we have people that are dead and being brought back to life, how is that the bible says people are appointed to die once??? Could death "die once" mean something other then just a physical death?

To die once is a generalization that applies to 99.9% of people.
Those who have been raised from the dead by the power of God will still physically die and their spirit return to God.

Matthew 9:23 And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute-players, and the crowd making a tumult,
24 he said, Give place; for the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
25 But when the crowd was put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand; and the damsel arose.

Here Jesus describes this girl as not being "dead" but asleep !!
Perhaps physically she had suffered trauma to the extent of being unconscious or even dead, but God had not yet taken his spirit from her to himself.
There are mysteries here.
James 2:26 Just as the body apart from spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead.

Ecclesiastes 3:18 I said in my heart with regard to the children of man that God is testing them that they may see that they themselves are but beasts.
3:19 For what happens to the children of man and what happens to the beasts is the same; as one dies, so dies the other. They all have the same breath, and man has no advantage over the beasts, for all is vanity.
3:20 All go to one place. All are from the dust, and to dust all return.
3:21 Who knows whether the spirit of man goes upward and the spirit of the beast goes down into the earth?

12:7 and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.
