Patience!!!
A MAN'S WISDOM GIVES HIM PATIENCE; IT IS TO HIS GLORY TO OVERLOOK AN OFFENCE.( PROVERBS 19:11 * NIV )
Dear Believers,
Sometimes we may let the actions of another causeus to lose control of our temper. Before we do, it isimportant to remember that: AN ANGRY MAN STIRS UPDISSENSION, AND A HOT-TEMPERED ONECOMMITS MANY SINS. ( PROVERBS 29:22 )
FOR ASCHURNING THE MILK PRODUCES BUTTER, AND ASTWISTING THE NOSE PRODUCES BLOOD, SOSTIRRING UP ANGER PRODUCES STRIFE.( PROVERBS 30:33 ) After all, MY DEAR BROTHERS, TAKE NOTE OF THIS:EVERYONE SHOULD BE QUICK TO LISTEN, SLOW TOSPEAK AND SLOW TO BECOME ANGRY, FOR MAN'SANGER DOES NOT BRING ABOUT THE RIGHTEOUSLIFE THAT GOD DESIRES. ( JAMES 1:19-20 )
So the next time that someone treats you wrongly turn it over to God to handle, and do not lose your temper or tryto get even with them. FOR WE KNOW HIM WHO SAID, "ITIS MINE TO AVENGE; I WILL REPAY," AND AGAIN, "THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE." ( HEBREWS 10:30 )
Therefore Believers, try your best to keep your words soft and sweet. For we never know from day to day which words we'll have to eat! Also remember: ABOVE ALL, LOVE EACH OTHER DEEPLY, BECAUSE LOVE COVERS OVER A MULTITUDE OF SINS. Amen ( 1 PETER 4:8 )
