Just a question to get you thinking. Some time ago a pastor was teaching and he hit me hard in between the eyes with this question.
When was the last time you were overwhelmed with the love of Christ?
Sometimes we just move along life praying to God and living our days like normal but to be overwhelmed with the love of Christ and make a step out of the normal routine to make an impact on someone's life can greatly impact OUR own lives just as much as it does the person we are trying to help. Pray to see things the way God does, and notice those in need. Like that teen who just walked out of the alley looking for drugs to fill that emptiness in his life, or that woman who just walked into the abortion clinic because she thinks that miracle inside of her is a mistake. So many people just walking through this life not even knowing who they are or why they are even alive, can be touched by just spending a simple minute to share about our God that saves. I challenge you to pray and seek these people that need Jesus and then act upon it, not just watch it happen. I hope everyone who reads this will take this to heart and make the best out of the ability God gave us to share the love he so willingly gave us.
