To BELIEVE!!! I have been noticing how many people are in jail because of there own lack,I to was once where many of you are at present! It took many, many!!! years!! To find out the wonderful truth! This sermon will not be short,but it will be complete! I want all of us to not only be free, but stay free in our Jesus! I will show many scriptures here,much you have seen,much you may not have seen. From this Holy Spirit through me,will show you by HIS very Word why you are both forgiven,and stay forgiven! At ALL times! In every situation! No matter what you may feel! Or what the enemy would have you think!
It is by this freedom, and I mean FREEDOM,that we can rest in both now ,and forever amen! Let us begin. When Jesus came to us,he brought something with him, many never did see. he brought LOVE, GRACE, Mercy,but also something else!! A ministry of reconciliation!( 2 cor 5:17-19!!) Notice the word in verse 19 committed to us the Word of reconciliation!! Meaning a brand NEW Covenant enacted on better promises! Promises we as his children can keep! We as you all know are born into sin,we cannot help this,it was Adams fault!! LOL
Back then from Adam to Moses there was no law. So what Abraham did when he lied about his sister was never counted against him, why? he lied!! Because brothers and sisters there was no law,and since there was no law,no sin can be imputed to him! If you drive on a road which has no speed limit,you can drive as fast or as slow as you wish,there is no law concerning it! No penalty, no sin! Now the Law comes into being from Moses,now the Law was Holy!! The law was right,it brought upon man sin knowledge,we can no longer do anything we wish to,there is a penalty now to sin,which is death! When the law was written 3000 people died! Now man is under the law,which was not bad except for one major detail! NO ONE could ever keep it! Sacrifices had to be made,or the Priest who went into the Holy of Holys would not come out of there the same way he went in there!
There was no hope! Now, through ONE man who is both God and man,hope is restored!Jesus Christ! many know of his death and resurrection,but much happened in between them both! Why did Jesus come? because God knew no man had hope in the law,so Jesus came to do two things,complete the law written,and make a New Covenant with his people,one so good,no one who believes in him( being Jesus) will ever have to worry again about being put in hell Not now, not ever! For those under the law, there was no rest!( hebrews 4:1-1-16) Just how truly wonderful is Jesus?? Words cannot describe! God's entire wrath was poured out on his Son,so never again would God's wrath have to be poured out upon us! NEVER!!( rom 5:12-21!!)notice verse 13 here? Sin is NOT IMPUTED when there is NO Law!! With Jesus now,there is no Law! verse 21 Grace reigns through righteousness!! OURS??? LOL NO Our Jesus!! ( rom 3:20)
The law brought about the knowledge of sin itself! And from this sin knowledge, comes only thoughts of sin! But from Jesus and Jesus alone, comes no more sin knowledge!!( rom 4:8!!) Many have no problems believing the flesh is full of sin,but have a great deal of problems believing sin has no more reign in us because of Jesus! ( rom 6:14-23!!) Please do read all of rom chapters4-8 because of Jesus there is no more condemnation!! rom 8:1!!) For in condemnation,how is freedom established for us? It can't be! BUT!! YOU!!! have to believe this! ( gal 3:22-29!!!) We are now through Jesus clothed IN HIM!! What sin lies in Jesus?? LOL
Now two more scripture that really hit home with me!! ( 2 cor 3:4-18!!!!) no more veil!! only true freedom and liberty!!!( verse 17) The letter of the law kills!! That is why Jesus had to die according to it! When Jesus said it is finished,he was not talking about his own death by itself!!Jesus completed the law that man and women could never had done!! ( verse 15-16) When turning to the law of Moses a veil lies over there hearts!! BUT!!! whenever a person turns towards the Lord Jesus!!! That veil is forever taken away!! If you are not shouting up and down right now!!! Then I sure do not understand!! LOL Finally! hebrews 8:6-13!!!!) verse 12 is the key here!! We have to believe this!!
The old things have passed away brothers and sisters!!! ALL THINGS!!!! are made NEW!!!( 2 cor 5:17) NEW in Our WONDERFUL JESUS!!!! HIS WORKS!! His finished works!! NO more sin!! No more fear!!! Do not give the devil an opportunity to rob you anymore!!( eph 4:27) Now with all this in mind now look at one last scripture which has stumbled some for ages!! hebrews 6:4-6!! verse 6!! Going back to the law causes this!! Jesus will not go onto the cross again for any of us!! Why look to put him there!! Look at this from the prespective of Jesus speaking to his own people! Because that is who Jesus is speaking to! When Jesus brought the New Covenant 3000 people were saved and filled with Holy Spirit!!( acts 2:39-41!!!) How much better is our Jesus over the old law??? LOL MUCH!! May this bring you GREAT JOY!!! GREAT FREEDOM!!! Does this mean brother mark we have no faults or sin? It means brothers and sisters that Jesus came to die for them all! ( hebrews 13:8-16!!!)verse 9 by what??? amen GRACE!!! THIS GRACE!!! eph 2:1-10!!!) verse one WERE!!! Past tense!!! When our knowledge stays in God's Word,we love Jesus, why would we look to sin any longer?? We no longer look to sin,but rather grace through our Blessed Jesus!! because Jesus has finished,and because of that!!! We are finished as well in HIM!! We can now rest!!!! In HIS finished works!! ( hebrews 4:1-16) there was no rest in the law,but we are not under it any longer!! verse 11-16!!) GRACE!!! SAVES!! Grace completes the work Of God's own LOVE!!! GLORY TO GOD!!!!!!
