Even in John 3, Jesus immediately connects salvation to His coming death: “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up” (John 3:14). The cross was already being introduced there.

We can read what we know back into this. At that time you wouldnt know he was speaking of the cross. The twelve didnt understand it

• “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God” (1 John 5:1)
• “Being born again… by the word of God” (1 Peter 1:23)

They were both writing to Jews
They were apostles to the Jews

When Israel is brought back into all their land then God will by his Spirit cause them to keep the law

It can include all in heaven and earth
It can refer to only the millennial kingdom on earth
It can refer to the heavenly kingdom

Israel had to be born again to enter the earthly millennial kingdom

In Acts Gentiles believed to enter the earthly millennial kingdom

In this dispensation all can be in the church, the body of Christ and inherit the heavenly kingdom
