I'm a new member. I am praying to God that He will guide me to meet new Christian friends, make proper career choices, and balance in my life in the coming months. I thank you for reading my prayer & I hope you had a blessed weekend.

Ephesians Chapter 1
17That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:18The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,19And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

The Father even now sits on heavens throne.
Jesus Christ sits at His right hand making constant intercession for us.
The Holy Spirit of God is He who walks with us daily. He is the One who leads and guides us in all truth and He will lead you into the perfect center of God's will for your life. If you find His will you will find your calling and there is no better place to be nor will you truly be satisifed any place elese.
I am praying you will have an ear to hear and a heart to follow His lead my friend.

Hello Boanerges,

Thank you for your prayers, I truly appreciate what you have shared with. I wanted to ask you & the other members a question. How long do you have to wait for some prayers to be answered ? I know God has his own timing for things, but during this time of my life I feel like I am not using the gifts and skills I have been blessed with. I believe I am listening so that I will hear God's guidance for me, but sometimes I can't discern what he is truly saying or putting on my heart. I am in a transitional time right now and very unsure about many things.

Father, as I talk to You and those You desire for me to share, I know You hear me even before I speak, Lord Jesus in Thy Spirit let me share a way You did in the parables;
Psalm 139:2
You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.
First, Our Father in heaven is not like any father here on earth, HE is not a sinner!
Second, His love has no room for doubt or unbelief, yet He desires that we know His Love, through learning to trust Him.
Third, Time is in Gods Hands, not ours.
Finally, God knows His Word, one way to get to know Him more is spending time more in His Word, Thy Holy Bible led by His Spirit. The Holy Spirit knows who you are and what you need more than any man/woman on earth.

Wait upon the Lord, be still, He will speak to you, but you must come into His quiet presence.
Now, let me take you for a hike!
Up along the mountain path we climb higher and higher, the waterfall is below and the sky is open blue. As I whisper to you to listen to the wind blow through the trees, you ask me what?; after taking off the earplugs to your itunes, I share listen to the wind, but the volume of the itunes was so loud, your ears need time to adjust to where we are and finally you hear the wind quietly whisper through the tree tops.
We all do this, we race through our lives, but it is here that we must bring to a stop, remove all the earplugs from the worldly tunes and train our ears to listen for His whisper. He will sound like His Word, just like the wind will not sound like lightning or a bird and without the trees or something the wind brushes by, you will not hear the wind, same like God, His Spirit breathes His Word even satan does not!
Read Matthew 4:4Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.
John 6:51
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world."

The bread we were used to eating we were not created for, but for This Bread, Jesus, we were created for to worship God, in Spirit and Truth.
Confusion is not from God, but from the enemy and our self desires.

Hi again Linda! We wait upon the Lord expectantly believing. He will move but it will be in His time. He waited until Lazarus was dead and rotting in the grave. All appeared lost but He was still right on time.
God may not answer when we think He should but if we seek His face HE will give us an inner peace and we can rest in His love as we wait. He is never to late with to little. He is ever faithful and we can relax as we learn all the more to trust Him and rest in His hand.
If He gave us everything at once where would the "walk by faith" come in? We must indeed begin to thank our God in the midst of our trials and testing. Righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost, that is the Kingdom of God.
