Welcome to the forum. Nice to see another brother from my "neck of the woods"!

Have you tried a Calvary Chapel? Most chapels have very good verse-by-verse teachings and are biblically grounded (and they are not members of the World or National Council of Churches like most mainstream denominations). I know there is a Calvary Chapel in San Francisco.
