Hello, Fellow Christians
I'm new to the forum, but not new to Christ. I was born again at a very young age and was raised with a strong Christian background. Like many others, however, I lost my way....several times. I've made many decisions of my own mind when I was not listening or even trying to hear the Lord and one of the decisions is now a daily struggle. I married my childhood sweetheart 5 years ago and we are unequally yoked. I knew better than to marry an unbeliever, but I did it. Over the last 5 years, I have held onto my faith, but every time I've tried to grow and nourish that faith and my relationship with God, my husband (his lack of belief and faith, his character, his behavior) drags me back under. I have decided to fix myself instead of trying to fix him so I'm just here for some encouragement during my own spiritual war.
