Need Encouragement

I am going through a lot right now and need encouragement from friends. I am a born again Christian who used to be prayerful and spend most of my time reading God's word but somehow I lost track of all this. I am struggling to get back to where I was before, I feel like I am far away from God and am trying my very best to go back to reading God's word and praying.

I force my self to pray but I feel am talking to myself, its like God's is not there. I need your encouragements and friends to talk to.
