My back

I haven't the slightest clue what I did to it, but my lower back is from a scale of 1-10 is like an 8 or 8.5 right now. I can't move without it hurting. And yes, I want to church like that last night! Lord, I ask for Your healing touch today!

I went to the chiropractor and with him doing adjustments and me putting ice and heat on my back, it feels SO much better now!
