Yes i thought that was the point of your question but i had to get you to clarify your Question. Maybe your question should read who wrote it?

Now if all scripture is inspired by God what does it matter?

I do not know who wrote it. The only way that the righter has any significance is if the statement is the righters personal opinion and if Numbers 12:3 was someone opinion then it is not scripture from God but the opinions of man.

Speaking of Moses...

I do not know who called Moses the meekest man on Earth; but if he was or was not the meekest man on Earth, I still find of most interest that he was not allowed to enter into the promised land.

I believe that we have something to learn from him in this regard. It seems that no matter how meek we may be, or how much we allow the power of God to work through us; anger at others will not work in our favor, as it did not work in Moses favor. Numbers 20:9

Moses wrote the first five books, so Moses said that the meekest man was himself. He was not being boastful just accurate.
