Yes, the Sovereign LORD is coming in power. He will rule with a powerful arm. See, he brings his reward with him as he comes. He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, holding them close to his heart. He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young. Isaiah 40:10-11
When you think of God coming in power, do you imagine judgments or a settling of scores? While God's justice is a big part of scripture, perhaps you lose sight of how God manifests His power and justice among people. The restoration you're waiting for under God will reward you for the ways you have remained faithful to Him and will look like a shepherd finally bringing order to a flock of sheep that has long known suffering and disorder.
