Our family and friends are keeping us prayed up everyday. Please pray for us. Thank you

Dear Heavenly Father,

I lift this mom and dad and siblings up to your throne room in fervent prayer, asking for Your supernatural comfort in the loss of their son/sibling. Enfold them in Your caring embrace, LORD, and hold them close to You through this storm bringing them through it to the other side where healing can take place and happy memories are all that fills their hearts, not grief. I ask these things and many more in the precious name of Jesus, Your Son, who died for us all so that we could spend an eternity enfolded in Your love. Amen.

. I lost my son in 2007 to liver disease. He was 32 yrs old. I have a photo of him above my computer; it helps me stay connected to him.

I love the Lord.
I have two wonderful sons and three grandboys.
I can't imagine losing one, it is my worst fear.
I often wonder how I would cope with such a challenge.
If It ever happened to me, I might even have to search you out for help.
Some how, in the worst of times we have to reach out in faith and believe even more. My prayers go out to you.
God Bless

Hi sister @Jrodriguez

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I honestly can only pray for the peace of Christ to fill your hearts and home at this time and I am faithful that He will do just that.

The Lord be with your household. Your wounds be healed in Jesus' name.

I think most people in there life will lose someone, who has meant a great deal to them. I have lost several in my lifetime. A son or daughter is particularly tough! Upon the loss of my Mom just this September Christmas will be most difficult for my brother and I,as this was her most favorite time of the year. Of all the gifts Jesus himself has,as being a gift to us all. One of his most beloved gifts, he gives without measure,is his very comfort! ( 2 cor 1:3-7) Jesus stores our tears( psalms 56:8) And in the night time, when all is quiet upon my bed, I consider our Jesus, and question sometimes the purpose of such events in all of our lives.( psalm 63:6-8)

The grieve of ones heart can indeed be large in feeling and emotion, and it is then Holy Spirit falls upon my tears,to remind me( psalms 30:5 His favor is for a lifetime, weeping may last for the night,But a shout of joy comes in the morning! And so it is morning, and I am still here, another day I have to be thankful, and to hopefully bless another in my presence. For it is our Jesus who from comforting us,we in him can give great comfort to another. And with this comfort bless his most Holy Name in thankfulness, and yes love. For now is the time, and hopefully this season will last long,to remember what we have, rather then what we need,to give, rather then always look to receive,to comfort, when we ourselves are hurting, yes to have courage, not just for ourselves, but rather for those who truly need courage!

We were not created to suffer,we are created to learn just what is the length, and breath, and height and yes depth of God's love,( eph 3:17-19) yes to endure till the end!!( heb 10:36)and when we find out this answer, peace becomes established forever in our hearts and in our minds,to show another Jesus in us! And we his children can now give that same love freely, because as his children we understand this love,as Jesus first loved us In!( 1 john 4:17-19!!) May all those who have lost so much,be able as Jesus did,to give so much love back to another, who so needs it today! For in this brothers and sisters is both the time and the season to stay in, one to another! Blessing all!

I am so sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling. My brother was killed when I was 16 and walked through that with my parents. There are really no words that can make it better but let me say that you are in my prayers. I pray that you will feel the very tangible presence and hand of God upon you during these dark days.

What a great pain and loss! I am sorry for you and your family.

Job lost 10 children at one time and all he owned.

Job continued to trust in God and God blessed him by giving him double of all his things except his children. Why? Because he will get his children back in heaven.

This is your hope too. It still hurts now but there is a sure hope.

This might be a little strange, but my name is also Javier and I'm also 19 years old. I'm sorry for your loss. Your post made me think if i were to die right now since your son Javier was also 19. I would tell my mom to not to be sad because I'm in a much better place and she shouldn't cry for that. She should be happy I'm with God, Jesus, Angels, and many family members. I would also thank her for taking care of me as a single parent and always supporting me when I needed help and of course not to forget about the LOVE she would give me. I couldn't ask for a better mom. I know I'm not your son but I'm sure he would say something similar to what I would say and even better because he's your son. One thing forsure I wouldn't want my mom to be sad all her life because of my death. I want her to live the best life she can and most importantly to be happy because she deserves it. I would also tell her when she misses me to talk to me even though she can't see me or hear me but I would always listen to her. The last thing I would tell my mom would be just know some day you'll be here with me, but live your life right now because life is precious and we will miss it when it's gone.

This keeps me going; you may recognize it as the fourth verse of "Amazing Grace":

"When we've been there ten thousand years bright shining as the sun,
we've no less days to sing God's praise than when we first begun."

I find great comfort in the picture of me standing beside my departed loved ones in heaven singing God's praise. I realized that if I have another forty years (+/-) here on this earth and then arrive in heaven to stand beside my loved ones, then that forty years will be but a drop in the bucket compared to the time I have left with them to sing. I can hardly wait.

Peace to you
