Hello everyone. I know i'm not really known here by anyone, but none the less, i could use some prayers. i'm starting to lose faith in what i've been told in church and in the bible. Theres no doubt in my mind that theres a God because experience has set that firm in my heart, im just wondering if the God who i was praying to is the same God of the bible. I think what got me here is a bitter heart and a legalistic mindset. I'm not looking for someone who can help me sort this out although that is my goal, but i more so would like some people standing along side me lifting me up in prayer. Thanks

Praying for you, Parker.

May God the Father bring the truth to light for you.

My friend, you need to spend some quality time with God.
Read the Word (specifally the Epistles) and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you what it means and how to apply it to your life.
Spend time in prayer- really talk to God and (in faith) expect Him to answer your prayer.
Spend time in worship- pour out your heart- He will meet you.
If you do these things God will become quite real manifesting His presence in a tangible way) in your life and you will begin to understand His heart.
You are in my prayer.
Have a good day, brother Larry.

Father find a church for this brother that preaches unadulterated grace and that preaches the Word and not erroneous and legalistic teachings centered on man's traditions and perople's experiences which keep people in bondage. Find him a church that doesn't do any preaching on the ministry of death. You are a God that wants to heal us of every sickness and disease, you want us to be prosperous, you want us showing great faith and not being afraid to ask you for big things and you want us reigning in this life as the conquerors Jesus has made us. Lead this brother to a church that unveils Jesus in the scriptures at every service and that shows how every provision for this life is found in Jesus' perfect work at the Cross. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
