Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 43, married and just had my first miscarriage. I'm having a difficult time dealing with my loss. I had two ultrasounds and saw a strong heartbeat and a beautiful little face! I keep praying for the LORD to bring him to me in my dreams so I can hold him in my arms. I am blessed with a 15 year old, and this pregnancy was a pleasant surprise. Everyone says I can try again, but I loved my angel, even though he was just with us for a few months. I'm not sure I want to "replace" him. Anyway, I was looking for answers, and through the grace of GOD I was directed to your site. I feel much better just posting this message. thx

Hey, I'm sorry to hear how difficult it is for you,
but you really can try again and again, no need to be so torn about it dear, it is Okay,

You can develop connections with each baby you have, and have other beautiful angels!

Pray for God to take your pain away and make you stronger and content with everything,

Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

I'll pray for you, please smile and stay happy, Jesus loves you and be sure he is weeping over your sorrow.

Hey, I wonder how you are feeling now?:girl_hug:
I hope a little ray of hope may shine in your life very soon :)

Be blessed and have a fearless faith and an everlasting hope, come what may.

Keep me updated on how you are feeling if you may.

Hello sister welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear about your loss, however remember this truth: GOD is in control

Just pray that the Father's will be done, in Jesus' name. The rest will fall into place. Just keep in mind that we will not always understand why certain things happen. However, our Heavenly Father knows and that is all we need to know too.

Dear LeapdayBride,

I am sad to read of your loss. I have never had the blessing to be pregnant but my heart goes out to you. Sending hugs {{}} I'll pray and ask Jesus to let you feel his loving presence and strong arms enfolding you in this season.

Welcome to TalkJesus dear sister, I am saddened by your loss, I too have lost a child, it was the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. I can tell you however that God is bigger than the things of this world, I am proof of that. I hope to see in the chat room sometime. God bless you!!

Be Encouraged

Sweetie I'm sorry about the lost. I could imagine it being a difficult time for you. Know this everything does happen for a reason and sometimes we just don't understand because it could very well be a test or tribulation sometimes we just have to be discern which one it is. Not giving the devil no glory baby, but he will do all he can to get us to curse our Daddy God, but as my kids say I ain't going.

So you be blessed and I pray God strengthens you and heal the emotional heart and strengthen and refreshen the womb where new seed can grow.

peace and I love you!

Hey Leapdaybride

We lost our little one at the 5 month stage of pregnecy due to a car accident and I almost lost my wife too due to major bleeding. We greived a lot and we were not walking with the Lord at the time so that made it harder as well. We waited a year advice from the doc. And the Lord blessed us with a daughter.

I pray that you have an awesome husband and family to come around you through this time.
I know that the Lord is there for you, just reach out a hand and he will hold it and hug ya.
I know now that He helped us through our loss. It was the start of me coming back to Him.
Please also go onto many other areas of Talk Jesus. There is a womens only section and many other areas that will encourage you.

Take care my sister in Christ. Know He is carrying you through this time.

Thank you all for your sincerity

I am truly blessed!! I spent the Sabbath praying for God's hand in guidance and understanding. He is here for me in my grief and I am finally at PEACE! Thank you so very much, my brothers and sisters for your prayers and kind words of encouragement. I am truly grateful to have found so many friends in Jesus. I do not belong to a church, and have only recently (since early 2007) given my life to our LORD. I am continually searching for TRUTH and understanding of his word. I look foward to a long relationship with my internet family to teach me and help guide me in that direction. I am formally a Jehovah's Witness (born into "The Truth") and have lost both parents to refusal of blood transfusions. I had always thought of myself as very religous, but was always afaid of "demons"! That life has passed me now, and I feel closer to our Lord Jesus than ever before. I still have deep seeded confusion and pray everyday for guidance. Thank you my dear friends, for being there for me and helping me understand "the bigger picture", that we have everlasting LIFE in Jesus, our LORD and saviour, AMEN

Hi you guys, I am new too! LeapdayBride, I guess one never knows how heart breaking a misscarrage can be until they have experienced one. It sounds to me like you delt with it in the most comforting of all ways and that was in prayer. It is my prayer for you that your body is healthy and a baby is on its way!

Well I just watched the video of Paul Washer and loved, loved, loved it. Naturally I am taking a long look at the fruit I bear daily. I am the Mother of three amazing children and the wife of a hard working "good" man. Unfortunally the fruit I bear isn't so good at home with the people that should matter the most. Sometimes I feel like I am towing the line in this house and ....well All the time! I am the spiritual leader in my house. My husband doesn't even go to church with the kids and me. Honestly I feel like I am beating a dead horse.(anyone ever heard that saying?) I will remain the leader as long as it takes for my husband to find his way. It just makes me sad for him because he has no idea how wonderful it is to learn about Jesus with your kids, and let your children see you follow Jesus. Sometimes I wonder what will his legacy be?

Enough about that, I look forward to this thread hopefully I can share how God has changed my life and is still changing my life in the furture.

In Christ..

I feel for you

My brother and sister-in-law went through a similar situation. After the majority of her pregnancy, in the 7th month, she went to the doctor on a normal visit. There was a problem. Not enough fluid in the amniotic sack surrounding the baby. There were three prognosis; 1) Faith would die in the womb, 2) Faith would die shortly after birth, or 3) Faith would live but be severely handicap her entire life. The doctors offered the option of abortion. My brother, a deacon in the church at the time, and my sister-in-law refused to even consider this option. I was in the delivery room during the birth and was blessed with spending 9 minutes with my beautiful niece before the Lord called her home.
My brother and sister-in-law never recovered. They both have fallen far from their relationship with the Lord. To be honest it even tested my own faith. Although this is a terrible tragedy to happen to you and your family, do not let satin have the glory in this situation. My brother and his family, to this day, have not returned to church. Philippians 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS, and again I say rejoice."
When times are tough and the circumstances seem to be overbearing, just remember that all things work for the glory of God. Pray, pray, then pray some more. I agree with you that "having another child" will fix the tremendous sorrow you feel, it will not. But rest assured that our Father has a perfect plan for you and that He will heal your pain. I will be praying for you and your family. God Bless

davidengesser, Faith made a huge impact, but God didn't get the Glory. The devil did. I will pray your brother and sister in law can find their way back to God and let Him have the Glory for Faith's little life.

I am so sorry to hear about your brother and his family. The Lord has better things in store for us, we have to have faith that he knows best. Your sweet niece is at his right hand, the very best place for her to be! What a perfect name for her, FAITH! She surley is grieving for her parents "loss of Faith". I will be praying for you and your brothers family. The Lord hears our prayers and he DOES answer them! My heart aches for your loss and I pray the Lord will open your hearts and heal your pain.

A special prayer for your sister-in-law, I am so sorry and I pray for her to have Peace. She must know that her baby has a soul and is in heaven now looking after her. I know Faith aches everytime her mother crys for her! Please let her know that she has people who are praying for her healing. We love her and the Lord surely will heal her soul! It may take some time, but he does hear our hearts!

Thanks to all for the very encouraging words! The Lord has given me PEACE in this and I am HIS forever!!

Thank YOU,

What a friend we have in Jesus! Thank you Leapdaybride for your kind words of encouragement. Only through the grace of God can a person have gone through what you and your husband have went through and still be able to pray for somebody else. God bless you.
I have yet to be blessed with children. I don't know if God will ever bless me with any, but I can only imagine that the hardest trial for a person to have to deal with is the loss of a child.
I will pray that you and your husband will stay strong in your faith and that this terrible tragedy will serve to draw you both closer to Jesus. Thank you for you prayers, I too will lift you and your husband up in mine. Glory to His kingdom and blessings to you and yours.

Hello what a story. It breaks my heart to hear that the mom and dad in this situation have turned their head away from the one thing that could have brought them peace. I saw a video on a web site called ignition. The video was called 99 balloons. Have you guys seen it? I haven't gone through a situation like this and I count my blessings every moment. Thank You My Lord. But if I did I would pray that I would be able to handle it like this mom and dad did.:girl_hug:

ignitermedia is where you can see the inspirational video of 99 balloons. This is beautiful and it really makes me think of you all here. This couple gave God all The Glory for their little ones life. They celebrate every second of his little life.
