Looking for a Stuffed Pepper Recipe

Hi my dear brother & sisters!

I am hoping that someone might be able to help me out.

I am in need of finding a good stuff pepper recipe. Stuff Peppers in tomatoe sauce. I will be truly thankful if you could that recipe. *genesis!

A funny thing happens at my house. If I make meatloaf, they will not touch it. If I take the same mix and stuff it in a bell pepper and call if stuffed bell peppers, they eat it!!

I use a can of meat loaf fixings, I think it is by Hunts, follow the instructions, but add about 1 cup of water to the meat mixture

Hey, you know that really sounds good! I'll have to talk to my husband on that & see if likes the Idea. I don't see any reason why he shouldn't, for he LOVES meatloaf.
