Please pray for the situation in Lebanon / Israel. Pray that this war ends immediately, not "soon". I have two cousins (two young girls) that went there for vacation one week before the bombing started. I have numerous family members there as well. There are millions of innocent people whose lives are at risk because of this nonsense initiated by the Hezbollah muslim radicals. These radicals are absolute evil fools with no good motives ever. They have caused these problems for 20+ years in Lebanon, its pathetic.

I will also be praying that all people involved in this conflict will turn their lives over to Jesus. Even our enemies are loved by God, and if He wants them to come to know His son Jesus, then so do I.

Heavenly Father, we ask that you grant your mercy to all involved in this conflict, and that they be given every opportunity to come to know your son Jesus. Grant safe passage to those civilians caught in the midst of the fighting, and touch their hearts and minds to give them peace. Lord, we recognize that you are in control in all situations, but sometimes we forget. In some great and wonderful way, the things happening today are shaping your kingdom and all its glory. Grant us understanding and wisdom to see that all things are for your glory. Your ways are far beyond our reach, but thankfully, we are not beyond your grace and mercy. In the precious name of Jesus we pray. Amen.

I would just like to ask everyone out there with knowledge regarding either Bible prophecy or the nation of Israel to start threads on the subject. This is the time for us as Christians to be united with Israel in their fight against corruptness. We need information regarding Israel, the state of the war, state of the Christians cought up in the war and we need our voice heard. That it is unacceptable for any country, no matter who they are, to rise up against Israel. They are God's people, it doesn't matter if they are Jews, they are God's chosen people. I have heard the arguments and believed myself that "we as christians are God's people", well we are, but Israel is "the nation of God". No one can deny that fact, no matter what they'd like to believe. The word of God does not lie.

Thank you for your knowledge and help regarding this matter.

Let's pray for Israel and the people involved.

I pray for all who are threatened by war. I cannot imagine what it is like to be living in fear whether its Israel or Lebannon.My cousins served as peacekeepers in the Middle East and they described the hellish conditions of refugee camps and some people have known only this existance, abandoned by world leaders, dispossessed of their land and civil rights and living in a political vacuum.It is the world leaders that allow a situation where radicals thrive- its is the foreign policies and vested interests of powerful countries that barter with peoples lives that are equally to blame.Whether they sit in a Mosque, the White House, Downing Street , United Nations or Jerusalem - they must turn to the teachings of God where all men are equal. I am a non political , non sectarian person but if all of us who are Christians stand up for human rights then perhaps there will be a just and peaceful settlement in an area that has been a political pawn for too many years.I pray that the Peace of God will prevail and the innocent will be spared.

Brother teraside: God bless, the most we could say prophetically about Israel right now is wars and rumours of wars...time will tell. When it comes to prophecy and Israel we need to look for Israel being surrounded, or being attacked by armys, not Israel attacking other armys or people themselves.

Amen brother. My family is scatterred all over Lebanon and even some in Israel where they are bombing (forgot the town name). Let's remember if anyone is not for GOD then they are against GOD, being enemies (evil) of GOD.
