Kingdom of God vs Kingdom of Heaven?

I've been a minister for over 40 years. I have NEVER (until now) even come close to figuring out the difference between the terms "Kingdom of God" and the "Kingdom of Heaven". I have read answers to this question that others have tried to explain and nothing ever made sense or stood out and said "That's it!".

It would seem the two terms appear in scripture on an "interchangeable" basis and I never could figure out what the difference was between the two.

Until now

I was simply doing my morning Bible reading today and came across the term ("again") "Kingdom of God..and the thought suddenly
occurred to me:

In heaven, now, there are actually separate "parts" (I've learned this from study and testimonies of folks who have gone there and "come back") . There is the actual city of God that is within actual walls (as described in scripture)

and

There is a place, an area (was "Abrahams Bosom" described in Luke) that is JUST OUTSIDE the city walls, called "Paradise". It is still "heaven"..just not the part that is INSIDE the walls...

So, here ya' go:

Kingdom of God -the area INSIDE the walls

Kingdom of Heaven-That outer part I just described. Abrahams Bosom, or "Paradise"....(which would INCLUDE the "Kingdom of God")

Did I finally get it right ?
