A little girl was walking home after Sunday school with her bible pinned under one arm, when she was noticed by a man who was walking the other direction. "Did ya learn anything at church today?" He asked.
"Sure did.... we learned all about Jonah and the whale today" She replied.
"That's a ridiculous story!" He scoffed. "How could a man survive three whole days in a whale?...that's nonsense!"
The little girl replied, "I dunno...when I get to heaven, I'll ask him."
The man chuckled, then asked, " Ok...so, what if Jonah ain't in heaven when you get there?"
The little girl looked up at the man, shrugged her shoulders and said, "Well, if he's not,... I s'pose You can ask him."
