Yet another poem from my unpublished novels.

He can walk upon the water
He can turn water into wine
He raises people from the dead
My Savior is so fine
He can make blind eyes see
He can make the deaf hear
He can cure your impotency
Even reattach a cut off ear
He can feed thousands of people
With just a few loves and fish
He healed St. Peter’s mother-in-law
(No doubt not St. Peter’s fondest wish)
He can make the infirm firm
Fix spastics so they no longer squirm
Cleanse leprosy from your epidermis
Conquer every kind of germ
Give movement to the paralyzed
He can give new minds to the lunatic
He gives speech back to the dumb
He evicts demons from the demonic
He gives fishermen record catches of fishes
He can restore a withered hand
He can catch a fish with money in its mouth
To give it to the tax man
He can turn off a raging storm
Drain the dropsy out of you
Stop a woman’s chronic bleeding
There is nothing that he can’t do!
