Hello!
Let me start by saying, that I am so excited to be back! I have been away so long that I can hardly remember what I used to do here! :embarasse I thought I might give 'Devotionals' a go - am I in the right place? I tried posting something from my files and it comes up with an error message to remove my links - but I haven't tried to post any limks - so I'm not sure why this has happened?? Can someone please advise me? Perhaps I had links in my signature or something from when I was a member a long time ago - not sure???

Thanks so much for your help and can't wait to get started!

Hello! Back again! Thought I might try again to post my post. Back to what I was saying before lol. I write short devotional pieces and/or words of encouragement - whatever I believe the Lord has placed on my heart to share. I hope you enjoy what I'm about to post - some pieces will be old - and some will be 'fresh off the press' - wherever the Lord leads.

So here goes:

Jesus is the Way!

Jesus says: I am the way, the truth and the life, and if anyone asks Me, I shall open their eyes to the truth. Call to Me and I shall answer, giving many new insights and reasonings to those who take the time to listen. I am the light of the world, and I shall be as a lamp unto thy feet, advancing you and setting you free from snare. Do not harden your hearts! Harken to My voice. Allow Me to give what you need. Be still and know that I am God.

Psalm 46:10-11

"Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!
The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our refuge."

Glory to God for these words, Amen.

Oh my goodness! If I have posted these in the wrong forum I am truly sorry! Please feel free to move them to somewhere suitable if they do not belong. I just read that this forum is a collection of devotions from other sources - by that do you mean that I cannot post inspirations that I've penned myself? Is this correct? Please accept my aplogies!
