Although Adam had the Lord & the whole World to himself in the Garden of Eden, he wasn't truly happy or satisfied without a woman! He looked each of the animals over trying to decide not only their names, but which one could be his companion. But none of them fully met his needs, so God finally created a very lovely helpmeet for him, which was God's intention all along! Adam must have been pretty desperate for a mate by that time, but the Lord perhaps had to help Adam to see & realise his need so he'd really appreciate her when she finally arrived!

God put Adam to sleep & He took out one of his ribs & made a woman out of it! Why didn't God take a bone out of his head?--She might have tried to be the head of the house. Why didn't He take a bone out of his foot?--He might have wanted to step all over her then. He took a piece of Adam close to his heart so that she'd be close to his heart!

God knows we all need companionship & a helpmeet to stand by us continually, & if we'll just wait & be patient, God will always bring along the right mate, & by that time we'll really appreciate them!

The Lord knows what is best for all of us and your soulmate will arrive, and timely too, so that you will have a good life. HE knows when and who, just be patient as He will provide.

If you read my biography you would have seen that I got married a second time and I tell ya I learned a very big lesson from my mistake. I had a warning(discernment) two weeks before my first wedding and chose to ignore it and I paid for that. Today I am happy and blessed with a lovely wife and two lovely daughters that gives me great pleasure. Reason, they are God's children!!!!!
